Our Goal
At Encore CPA, our goal is for your business to become what you dreamed it could be.
We begin by listening to you. We find out where you want your business to go, where it has been, and where it is now. Then, design a plan of action to get you there.
If you are a start-up, we focus on where you want your business to go and how fast you want it to get there. The building blocks for a successful business are then put in place to make it happen.
Our Approach
Our first step is to meet with you and listen. We may need to better define your goals for the project, speak with your employees, or observe you in action. Then, we will discuss, at a broad level, the potential solutions we will work on for your company.
We will then request that you sign a letter of engagement stating the scope of the work to be preformed and our fees.
Completing our work will, without a doubt, require additional information from you. Whether it be financial data, prior plan documents, or simple questions.
Once we have a course of action for you, we will submit the final document, report, or a letter of recommendation to you. Depending on the project, this could take a week to a month.
But we don't just hand you a piece of paper and leave. We will walk you step by step as you put the plan into action to ensure success for your business!
